AN ACT TO ENABLE EFFECT TO BE GIVEN TO THE CONVENTION BETWEEN THE MEMBER STATES OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES ON THE SIMPLIFICATION OF PROCEDURES FOR THE RECOVERY OF MAINTENANCE PAYMENTS DONE AT ROME ON THE 6TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1990, AND THE CONVENTION ON THE RECOVERY ABROAD OF MAINTENANCE DONE AT NEW YORK ON THE 20TH DAY OF JUNE, 1956, AND TO PROVIDE FOR OTHER MATTERS RELATED TO THE RECOVERY OF MAINTENANCE.
