AN ACT TO AMEND AND EXTEND THE SOCIAL WELFARE ACTS, SECTION 7A OF THE HEALTH CONTRIBUTIONS ACT, 1979, AND THE PENSIONS ACT, 1990.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:
