Company Law Enforcement Act, 2001

Amendment of section 242 of Act of 1990.

106.—Section 242(2) of the Act of 1990 is amended—

(a) by the substitution for “Where a person is guilty” “Where a person is convicted on indictment”, and

(b) by the deletion of “on conviction on indictment”.
