Amendment of Schedule 13 (accountable persons for purposes of Chapter 1 of Part 18) to Principal Act.

14.—Schedule 13 to the Principal Act is amended—

(a) by the substitution of “13. The Civil Service and Local Appointments Commissioners.” for paragraph 13,

(b) by the substitution of “42. Bord na Móna plc.” for paragraph 42,

(d) by the addition of the following after paragraph 103:

	“104.	The Eastern Regional Health Authority, the Health Boards Executive or an area health board established under the Health (Eastern Regional Health Authority) Act, 1999 .
	105.	Irish Sports Council.
	106.	An Bord Uchtála.
	107.	Council for Children's Hospitals' Care.
	108.	National Disability Authority.
	109.	Aquaculture Licences Appeals Board.
	110.	Office of the President.
	111.	Director of Equality Investigations.
	112.	Director of Consumer Affairs.
	113.	Data Protection Commissioner.
	114.	Competition Commissioner.
	115.	Chief State Solicitor.
	116.	Central Statistics Office.
	117.	Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse.
	118.	Campus and Stadium Ireland Development Ltd.
	119.	Digital Media Development Ltd.
