AN ACT TO AMEND THE CENTRAL BANK ACT 1942 FOR THE PURPOSE OF REORGANISING AND RENAMING THE CENTRAL BANK OF IRELAND; TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT AND FUNCTIONS OF THE IRISH FINANCIAL SERVICES REGULATORY AUTHORITY AS A CONSTITUENT PART OF THAT BANK; TO AMEND CERTAIN OTHER ACTS CONSEQUENTIAL ON THE REORGANISATION; AND TO PROVIDE FOR RELATED MATTERS.
