4.— (1) Section 29(1) of the Principal Act is amended in paragraph (b) (as amended by section 7 (1) of the Social Welfare (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2008 ) by substituting “€75,036” for “€52,000”. | |
(2) This section comes into operation on 1 May 2009. |
