17.— The Criminal Procedure Act 1967 is amended— | |
(a) in section 13(1), by inserting “71A,” after “or an offence under section 71,”, and | ||
(b) in section 29(1), by inserting, in paragraph (l), “71A,” after “an offence under section 71,”. |
