Credit Institutions (Stabilisation) Act 2010

Application to vary transfer order.

35.— The Minister may apply—

(a) on notice, or

(b) in urgent circumstances, ex parte,

to the Court to vary a transfer order if the Minister is of the opinion that the variation is necessary to secure the achievement of a purpose of this Act.
