22.— The following are repealed: | |
(a) section 11 of the Electricity (Supply) Act 1927 , | ||
(b) subsection (2) of section 17 of the Gas Act 1976 , | ||
(c) paragraph (c) of section 26 of the Energy (Biofuel Obligation and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2010 , and | ||
(d) paragraph (c) of section 3 of the Petroleum (Exploration and Extraction) Safety Act 2010 . |
