AN ACT TO MAKE FURTHER AND BETTER PROVISION FOR PROMOTING HARMONIOUS RELATIONS BETWEEN WORKERS AND EMPLOYERS, TO AMEND THE INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACTS 1946 TO 2004, TO AMEND THE EMPLOYMENT PERMITS ACT 2006, THE ORGANISATION OF WORKING TIME ACT 1997, THE PROTECTION OF EMPLOYEES (EMPLOYERS’ INSOLVENCY) ACT 1984 AND THE TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT (INFORMATION) ACT 1994, AND TO PROVIDE FOR RELATED MATTERS.
