36.— Section 27G of the Central Bank Act 1997 is amended— | |
(a) in subsection (1) by inserting “27BA(4) or (5),” after “section 27B(2),”, and | ||
(b) in subsection (3) by inserting “27BA,” after “section 27B,”. |
