S.I. No. 37/2013 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Social Protection) Order 2013.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 29th January, 2013.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Social Protection, and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Social Protection) Order 2013.

2. Mr. Paul O Brien, particulars of whose address was deposited at the offices of the Department of Social Protection, Áras Mhic Dhiarmada, Store Street, Dublin 1, on 23 November 2012, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Social Protection with effect from 17 December 2012.
