Road Traffic Act 2014

Amendment of section 38 of Act of 2010 — presumptions

21. Section 38(2) of the Act of 2010 is amended—

(a) by inserting “or on behalf of” after “issued by”, and

(b) by deleting “, until the contrary is shown”.
