Personation of member: offence

1260. If any person falsely and deceitfully personates any member of a PULC and thereby—
|
|
| |
(a) receives or endeavours to receive any money due to any such member, or
|
|
| |
(b) votes at any meeting as if the person were the true and lawful member,
|
|
| |
he or she shall be guilty of a category 2 offence.
