1261. Section 169 shall apply to a PULC with the following modifications: | ||
(a) the following paragraph shall be substituted, in subsection (1), for paragraph (a): | ||
“(a) the names and addresses of the members;”; | ||
and | ||
(b) subsection (5) shall be omitted. |
