S.I. No. 120/2015 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Health) Order 2015.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 3rd April, 2015.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Health and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Health) Order 2015.

2. Ms. Patricia Ryan, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Health, Hawkins House, Dublin 2, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Kathleen Lynch, Minister of State at the Department of Health, with effect from 11 March 2015.
