An Act to amend and extend the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 , the Taxi Regulation Act 2013 and the Railway Safety Act 2005 , section 66 of the Transport (Railway Infrastructure) Act 2001 , to amend sections 27 and 27A of the State Airports Act 2004 and section 106 of the Road Traffic Act 1961 , to give the force of law to the Protocol of 3 June 1999 for the Modification of the Convention concerning International Carriage by Rail (COTIF) of 9 May 1980 (Protocol 1999) and to change the name of the Railway Safety Commission. | ||
