S.I. No. 409/2016 - Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine) Order 2016.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 29th July, 2016.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine) Order 2016.

2. Each person mentioned in the Schedule, particulars of each of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Kildare Street, Dublin 2, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine with effect from 06 May 2016.
