S.I. No. 439/2016 - Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade) Order 2016.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 2nd August, 2016.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade) Order 2016.

2. Ms. Sarah Kavanagh, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Iveagh House, 80 St. Stephens Green, Dublin 2, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade with effect from 6 May 2016.

3. Mr. Tom Fabozzi, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Iveagh House, 80 St. Stephens Green, Dublin 2, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade with effect from 27 May 2016.
