S.I. No. 682/2016 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Departments of Finance and Public Expenditure and Reform) Order 2016.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 6th January, 2017.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Finance and the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Departments of Finance and Public Expenditure and Reform) Order 2016.

2. Richard Troy, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Finance, Government Buildings, Upper Merrion Street, Dublin 2 and the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform, Government Buildings, Upper Merrion Street, Dublin 2, is appointed as Special Adviser to Eoghan Murphy, Minister of State at the Departments of Finance and Public Expenditure and Reform with effect from 23 September 2016.
