Application for order under section 36 | ||

29. (1) Two or more institutes (in this section referred to as “applicant institutes”) may jointly apply to the Minister for an order under section 36 . | ||
(2) An application by applicant institutes under this section shall be in writing in such form, including electronic form, as may be directed by the Minister. |
