S.I. No. 577/2021 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Finance) (No. 2) Order 2021

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 2nd November, 2021.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Finance and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Finance) (No. 2) Order 2021.

2. Aidan Murphy, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Finance, Government Buildings, Upper Merrion Street, Dublin 2, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Finance, on a temporary basis, with effect from 24 August 2021.
