Amendment of section 17 of Act of 1971

126. Section 17 of Act of 1971 is amended—
|
|
| |
(a) by the substitution of the following subsection for subsection (2):
|
|
| |
“(2) The Director shall be the chief officer of An Bord and the provisions of the Schedule shall apply to the Director.”,
|
|
| |
and
|
|
| |
(b) by the substitution of the following subsection for subsection (3):
|
|
| |
“(3) The Registrar shall act as registrar and secretary of the College.”.
