S.I. No. 521/2025 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Transport and Minister for Climate, Energy and the Environment) Order 2025

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 10th October, 2025.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Transport and the Minister for Climate, Energy and the Environment, and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Transport and Minister for Climate, Energy and the Environment) Order 2025.

2. Siobhán Russell, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Transport, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Transport with effect from 14 February 2025.

3. Siobhán Russell, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Climate, Energy and the Environment, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Climate, Energy and the Environment with effect from 14 February 2025.
