Amendment of section 87 of Act of 1992
13. Section 87 of the Act of 1992 is amended—
(a) in subsection (2), by the substitution of “Subject to section 87B(1), before” for “Before”, and
(b) in subsection (9A), by the substitution of “Subject to section 87B(2), when” for “When”.
