APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADVISER (MINISTER FOR AGRICULTURE AND FOOD) ORDER 2004.

The Government, on request of Taoiseach and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Agriculture and Food) Order 2004.

2. Mr. Dermot Murphy, c/o Department of Agriculture and Food, Agriculture House, Kildare Street, Dublin 2, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Agriculture and Food with effect from 29th October, 2004.
