APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADVISER (MINISTER FOR COMMUNICATIONS, MARINE AND NATURAL RESOURCES) ORDER 2004.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources) Order 2004.

2. Mr. Jimmy Fegan. c/o Department of Communications, Marine and Natural Resources, 29-31 Adelaide Road, Dublin 2, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources with effect from 30 September 2004.
