Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children) Order, 2006

The Government, at the request of the Minister for Health and Children and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act, 1997 , (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1.         This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children) Order, 2006.

2.         Ms Cathy Herbert, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Health and Children, Hawkins House, Dublin 2 on 17 January 2006, is appointed as Special Adviser to Mr Brian Lenihan, Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children with effect from 17th January 2006.
