The Government, on the request of the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment) Order 2008. | ||
2. Mr. Declan Ryan, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, 23 Kildare Street, Dublin 2 on 6 November 2007, is appointed as Special Adviser to Mr. John McGuinness, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, with effect from 6 November 2007. | ||
