APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADVISERS (MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT) ORDER 2008 | ||
Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Transport and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Transport) Order 2008. | ||
2. Each person specified in the Schedule, particulars of each whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Transport on 7 May 2008, is appointed to be Special Adviser to the Minister for Transport with effect from 7 May 2008. | ||
