NATIONAL TREASURY MANAGEMENT AGENCY (STATE AUTHORITY) ORDER 2009 | ||

I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 7(1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 39 of 2000), and with the consent of the Minister for Health and Children, hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (State Authority) Order 2009. | ||
2. Subject to Article 3, the Health Service Executive is prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 7(1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 39 of 2000). | ||
3. This Order is without prejudice to the National Treasury Management Agency (State Authorities) Order 2003 ( S.I. No. 46 of 2003 ). | ||
The Minister for Health and Children consents to the foregoing Order. | ||
