S.I. No. 515/2015 - European Union (Restrictive Measures concerning Certain Persons and Entities Associated with the Al-Qaida Network) (Revocation) Regulations 2015.

I, MICHAEL NOONAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Union (Restrictive Measures concerning Certain Persons and Entities Associated with the Al-Qaida Network) (Revocation) Regulations 2015.

2. The following Regulations are revoked—

(a) the European Communities (Restrictive Measures Against Certain Persons and Entities Associated with Usama bin Laden, the Al-Qaida Network and the Taliban) Regulations 2006 ( S.I. No. 186 of 2006 );

(b) the European Communities (Restrictive Measures against Certain Persons and Entities Associated with Usama Bin Laden, the Al-Qaida Network and the Taliban) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 ( S.I. No. 729 of 2007 );

(c) the European Communities (Restrictive Measures against Certain Persons and Entities Associated with Usama bin Laden, the Al-Qaida Network and the Taliban) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 ( S.I. No. 169 of 2009 );

(d) the European Communities (Restrictive Measures against Certain Persons and Entities Associated with Usama bin Laden, the Al-Qaida Network and the Taliban) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 ( S.I. No. 456 of 2010 );

(e) the European Communities (Restrictive Measures against Certain Persons and Entities Associated with Usama bin Laden, the Al-Qaida Network and the Taliban) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 ( S.I. No. 71 of 2011 );

(f) the European Communities (Restrictive Measures against Certain Persons and Entities Associated with Usama bin Laden, the Al-Qaida Network and the Taliban) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2011 ( S.I. No. 415 of 2011 );

(g) the European Communities (Restrictive Measures against Certain Persons and Entities Associated with Usama bin Laden, the Al-Qaida Network and the Taliban) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 ( S.I. No. 42 of 2013 ).
