AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A BOARD TO BE CALLED THE NATIONAL BOARD FOR SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, TO DEFINE ITS FUNCTIONS AND TO PROVIDE FOR OTHER MATTERS CONNECTED WITH THE MATTERS AFORESAID. [16th November, 1977]
