BOVINE DISEASES (LEVIES) ACT, 1979

AN ACT TO PROVIDE, FOR THE PURPOSE OF FACILITATING THE ERADICATION, OR THE PREVENTION OF THE SPREAD, OF BOVINE DISEASE, FOR THE CHARGING, LEVYING AND PAYMENT OF CERTAIN LEVIES AND THE OPERATION OF CERTAIN PRICE DIFFERENTIALS, TO PROVIDE FOR OTHER MATTERS CONNECTED WITH THE FOREGOING AND TO AMEND SECTIONS 48 AND 49 OF THE DISEASES OF ANIMALS ACT, 1966 . [1st August, 1979].
