AN ACT TO MAKE FURTHER PROVISION AS REGARDS SEA-FISHING AND FOR THAT PURPOSE TO AMEND AND EXTEND THE FISHERIES ACTS, 1959 TO 1980, AND TO MAKE CERTAIN PROVISIONS REGARDING REGISTRATION UNDER THE MERCANTILE MARINE ACT, 1955 , AND ENTRY IN THE FISHING BOAT REGISTER UNDER PART IV OF THE MERCHANT SHIPPING ACT, 1894 .
