MATERNITY PROTECTION, EMPLOYMENT EQUALITY AND PRESERVATION OF CERTAIN RECORDS ACT 2024 | ||
An Act to amend the Maternity Protection Act 1994 ; to provide that absence by a member of one of the Houses of the Oireachtas from performing duties as such a member in certain circumstances shall be called maternity leave for a member of the Houses of the Oireachtas; to amend the Employment Equality Act 1998 ; to amend the Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005 ; to provide for the preservation, in the public interest, of certain records relating to certain institutions and bodies; and to provide for related matters. | ||
